All About Our Booking Policies

Please take a moment to read through our booking policies before your appointment. They help every session run smoothly, safely and on time.

Cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours ahead of your appointment.

Appointments

Book at least 5 days prior to your desired date to prevent rush and extra costs.

Deposit

All services require a non-refundable £15 booking fee to secure your appointment.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time — a £15 late fee will be charged if you arrive after the 15-minute grace period.

Travel

I will only travel out of Berkshire for bookings of party makeup if there are 3+ clients and bridal bookings. Travel charges will be applied depending on the location before your appointment.

Come with a Clean Face

Cleansing your skin beforehand helps create a smooth base and ensures the best possible makeup results while keeping your skin healthy. Before the booking, please remove any facial piercings if possible.

Cancel if You Can't Make It

If you're unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience and allow the slot to be offered to another client.

No Extra Guests or Pets

For the comfort, safety and focus of all appointments, please do not bring any extra guests or pets to your booking unless arranged beforehand.

Notify Us if You Have Any Allergies

To ensure your safety and comfort during your appointment, please let us know beforehand about any allergies.
